1. Introduction

Welcome to the Asalat Almadaan platform, provided by ASALAT ALMADAN PRECIOUS METALS TRADING L.L.C ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services ("Service"). By registering for and using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration: To use the Service, you must create an account ("Account") by providing accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process.
2.2 KYC Verification: As part of our compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, you must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process by uploading proof of identity and proof of address.
2.3 Approval and Rejection: We reserve the right to approve or reject any registration or KYC application at our sole discretion.

3. Funding Your Wallet

3.1 Money Wallet: You can fund your money wallet by depositing money through bank transfer or debit/credit card.
3.2 Deposit Methods: The available deposit methods will be displayed on the Asalat Almadaan platform.
3.3 Fees: Any fees associated with deposits will be clearly displayed and deducted from your money wallet balance.

4. Transactions with Metals

4.1 Purchases: Once your money wallet is funded, you can buy gold and silver. Your gold or silver wallet balance will reflect these purchases.
4.2 Sales: You can sell the metals in your gold or silver wallet at any time. The proceeds from the sale will be credited to your money wallet.
4.3 Gifting: You can gift metals to other Asalat Almadaan users. The recipient's gold or silver wallet will be credited accordingly.
4.4 Redemption: We offer options to redeem your digital gold and silver into a range of physical bars and coins. You can choose to pick up your order or have it delivered to your doorstep. Delivery fees may apply.

5. Auto-Buy Feature

5.1 Setup: The auto-buy feature allows you to set up automatic purchases of metals on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
5.2 Execution: Auto-buy transactions will be executed on the specified dates, provided there are sufficient funds in your money wallet.
5.3 Modification and Cancellation: You can modify or cancel the auto-buy feature at any time through your Account settings.

6. Withdrawals and Account Closure

6.1 Withdrawals: You can withdraw funds from your money wallet to your bank account at any time. The available withdrawal methods and any applicable fees will be displayed on the platform.
6.2 Account Closure: You can close your Account at any time. Upon closure, any remaining funds in your money wallet will be transferred to your bank account, and any metals in your gold or silver wallet will be sold with the proceeds transferred to your bank account.

7. Security

7.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information, including your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.
7.2 Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.
8.2 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

9. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on the Asalat Almadaan platform. Your continued use of the Service after such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
